We Delivery worldwide over 30 countries. How long does shipping take? 

  • Items will send out within 2-3  working days once payment is  confirmed.

  • We will properly pack each item with  sufficient protections to ensure it  reaches you in the same condition as when it left our  warehouse.

  • Online Tracking number will forward to your  PayPal email address once the parcel is sent.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

  • Import duties, taxes and  charges are not included in the  item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer’s  responsibility.

  • These charges are normally  collected by the delivering  freight (shipping) company or  when you pick the Item up – do not confuse  them for additional shipping  charges.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept payment by Paypal.

We take cards through paypal only, please DO NOT send me your card details through email.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

  • Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not  refundable.

  • If  a returned item is not defective and has been  tampered with, misused or damaged, it will be  returned to Customer.

  • Warranty: One year factory warranty + extra three years  factory parts warranty. (Amplifier Only)

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

  • If you received  an item that is not what you expected, please  contact us to return the item, we will do our absolute best  to work out a solution to your satisfaction

  • Defective item  will be reported to courier for insurance claim,  please contact us and do not throw away the  packaging before damage report, if you want to  repair by yourself for small damages, we can  send factory parts for faster process.

  • Cosmetic issues are not covered.

  • Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not  refundable.

  • If  a returned item is not defective and has been  tampered with, misused or damaged, it will be  returned to Customer.
